Main business

Job Requirements
1. Bulk commodity salesman/international trade salesman (social recruitment/school recruitment HC 8)
1) Be responsible for spot sales of various bulk commodities and collection of market information;
2) Develop new markets and customers, collect and sort out customer information and conduct business negotiations;
3) Formulate sales plans and complete sales targets based on the real-time operation of the company (department);
4) Put forward rational suggestions or plans for procurement, sales and other work according to market conditions;
5) Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Strong communication and coordination ability and willingness to expand the market;
3) Have the ability of market analysis and judgment, and have a good sense of customer service;
4) Holders of driver's license are preferred, suitable for business trips;
5) Have a sense of responsibility, internal drive, bear hardships and stand hard work, and have the spirit of daring to take responsibility;
2. Business Assistant/International Document Management (Social Recruitment/School Recruitment HC 5)
1) Be responsible for the drafting, revision and filing management of relevant sales and logistics agreements and contracts;
2) Be responsible for the customer's incoming material, delivery, reconciliation, invoicing and payment collection records;
3) Be responsible for the input, summary, statistics and data verification of sales data reports.
4) Be responsible for the background support of sales;
5) RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER DATA COLLATION.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Serious and responsible working attitude, hard-working; Clear logic, strong ability
of data analysis and expression;
3) Majors are not limited, international trade, foreign languages, accounting, law, etc. Are preferred;
4) Be able to operate office software skillfully;
5) Work actively, cooperate and obey management arrangements, and have internal drive.
3.Taxation (social recruitment HC 2)
1) Lead the tax declaration, payment and audit docking in Indonesia (income tax, VAT, tariff, etc.). Track changes in tax laws, update internal processes and reduce compliance risks;
2) Design legal tax saving schemes (such as tax incentive application, optimization of cross-border transaction structure). Participate in investment M & A projects and assess the tax impact;
3) Identify tax risks and coordinate dispute resolution (e.g., tax audit, tax assessment). Maintain communication channels with the Indonesian Tax Authority (DGT);
4) Work with Finance and Legal to support business decision making.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above in tax/finance related major, CPA or tax consultant qualification in Indonesia is preferred;
2) More than 2.5 years of tax experience, 3 years of Indonesian tax practice experience (familiar with regulations such as uu 7/2021). The background of multinational
enterprises or big four firms is preferred;
3) Proficient in Indonesian tax law, tax filing software and accounting systems (e.g. sap). Data analysis skills, fluent in English/Indonesian (plus Chinese);
4) Preference will be given to those who accept the assignment in Indonesia.
4. Logistics (social recruitment/school recruitment HC 2)
1) Be responsible for regular visits and inspections of supply chain projects, timely reporting of abnormal situations and potential risks, and forming operation management reports;
2) Carry out physical inventory and reconciliation of inventory warehouse to ensure the safety of the company's goods;
3) Be responsible for the field investigation of logistics suppliers and supply chain warehouses, and follow up the project progress;
4) Be responsible for improving and optimizing the logistics plan, supervising the implementation, and controlling the cost.
5) Initiate, approve, sign and file the originals of logistics contracts;
6) Responsible for the daily management of the factory, warehouse and other project
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or trade;
2) Clear working ideas, certain ability to analyze and solve problems, skilled operation of office and other office software;
3) Cheerful personality, good at communication, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong resistance to pressure, with a good sense of teamwork, rigorous work, a sense of responsibility;
4) Long term business trips or assignments to Indonesia are acceptable.
