Since its initial launch in Indonesia in September 2023, it has expanded over the past two years to 17 countries, including the United States, Indonesia, Japan, and the United Kingdom, offering cross-border e-commerce services. In the first half of 2025, its global GMV reached approximately USD 26.2 billion, marking a 100% year-on-year growth and demonstrating rapid development.
To promote the global expansion of Zhejiang’s industrial clusters, Shanghai Doulian, in collaboration with regional governments, has established a TikTok e-commerce livestreaming base in Hangzhou. This initiative aims to build a brand globalization service ecosystem integrating “platform + cross-border + livestreaming,” helping domestic enterprises and industrial brands achieve multi-platform, low-cost, and highly efficient targeted overseas marketing. It strives to create a one-stop professional cross-border e-commerce service platform that combines industrial clusters + talent technology + TikTok platform. The TikTok e-commerce livestreaming base was officially launched on May 22, 2025.

TikTok Shop Live Stream Host (U.S. Market)

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Host TikTok Shop live streams for the U.S. market, introducing and selling products in English or bilingual format.
2. Follow live scripts to explain product features, promotions and guide viewers to like, follow and place orders.
3. Work closely with live control operators and operation team to ensure smooth live streaming flow.
4. Interact with viewers in real time and answer questions to maintain positive engagement.
5. Participate in pre-live product training, script rehearsal and preparation.
6. Assist in shooting short promotional videos for live stream preview and account content.
7. Optimize personal performance based on post-live data analysis to improve conversion rate and GMV.
【Qualifications 】
1. Fluent English speaking with clear pronunciation (U.S. accent preferred).
2. International students or foreign nationals preferred, familiar with U.S. culture.
3. Good on-camera presence and strong communication skills.
4. Strong interest in live streaming, e-commerce and social media.
5. Quick learner with ability to understand product knowledge and live scripts.
6. Able to work flexible shifts based on U.S. live streaming schedule.
7. Experience in hosting, sales or short video creation is a plus.
