We invite you to participate in a brief, confidential online survey regarding student's adaptation and mental state. The purpose of this survey is to gather information to better understand your study and life in China, as well as your mental health condition, so that we can offer more supportive service to you. Please complete the questionnaire before March 31, 2023.

➣How long will the survey take?

The completion of the survey will take around 15 minutes.

➣What questions will the survey ask?

The questionnaire is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on some brief demographic questions. The second part is Sociocultural Adaptation Scale. The third part is SCL-90 which is widely used in clinical practices.

➣How to participate in the survey?

Please read the following instructions and fill out the questionnaire.

2.If you use a mobile device, please scan the QR code to join the survey.

3.Complete the questionnaire according to the guidance.

4.Please click “提 交”(submit)  when you finish all the questions until the reminder page of “you have been submitted successfully” appear, you can close the browser.

NOTE

1. Do not fill out the questionnaire too quickly or randomly, otherwise it may be judged as invalid or abnormal by the system, and it is required to do it again.

2. Do not refresh the web page to prevent data loss.
