中国政府奖学金“丝绸之路”项目是中国教育部资助的奖学金项目，用于部分中国高校自主招收来自“一带一路”国家的优秀留学生来华学习。

The Chinese Government Scholarship “Silk Road” Program is a scholarship program funded by the Ministry of Education of China. It enables select Chinese universities to independently recruit outstanding international students from Belt and Road countries to study in China.

一、招生范围Program category

类别：全日制硕士研究生

国别：罗马尼亚、俄罗斯、印度尼西亚、越南、泰国、乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、巴基斯坦、津巴布韦、赞比亚

Eligible Countries: Romania, Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Zambia

二、奖学金内容 Scholarship

全额奖学金（仅学制内）Full Scholarship (only for the duration of the program)

（1）免学费 Tuition waiver

（2）免住宿费（校内双人间）Free on-campus accommodation (shared double room)

（3）提供生活补贴：3000元/月Monthly living allowance: RMB 3,000

（4）提供来华留学生综合医疗保险Comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China

备注：“丝绸之路”中国政府奖学金获得者每年接受中国国家留学基金管理委员会对其进行中国政府奖学金年度评审。如奖学金生未能通过评审，其奖学金将被暂停或取消。

Note: Recipients of the "Silk Road" Chinese Government Scholarship are subject to an annual review conducted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). If a scholarship student fails the review, their scholarship will be suspended or terminated.

四、申请条件Eligibility

1.非中国籍公民，身心健康，成绩优异，知华友华。

Non-Chinese citizen, in good physical and mental health, with excellent academic performance, and possessing an understanding of and affinity for China.

2.申请攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过35周岁。

Be a bachelor's degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master's programs.

3. 具备参加相应课程的语言能力（英语授课申请者需提供雅思、托福或其他英语能力证书，雅思成绩需达到6分及以上水平，托福网考成绩需达到85分及以上水平，或通过浙江科技大学入学英语考试；汉语授课申请者需提供HSK5级证书，成绩需达到180分及以上水平）。

Applicants should meet the admission requirements of the university of preference in terms of language proficiency.(Students applying for English-taught programs and whose native language is not English are required to provide proof of English proficiency, such as IELTS over 6.0, TOEFL over 85 or other English proficiency certificates, or pass the entrance English test of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. Students applying for Chinese-taught programs are required to provide proof of Chinese proficiency. For applicants to Undergraduate Program please provide HSK 5≥180).

4. 品德良好，无犯罪记录，无吸毒史；愿意遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规和学校的规章制度。

Applicants should have no criminal record and no drug addiction history; Applicants should be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant school regulations.

五、申请材料Documents Required

1《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。

2 护照首页及所有在华签证和居留许可扫描件（如有）。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2026年9月），请及时换发新护照。

The front page of the passport and scanned copies of all visa pages in China (if any). If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2026),

please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;

3 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。

Notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

4 学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科所有学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。

Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). The scanned copy of the transcript should include grades from all undergraduate study periods, up to the most recent semester. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English;

5 语言能力证明。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单，以英语为母语或官方语言或曾使用英语为教学语言获得学位的申请者，经学校审核可免英语水平证明 。

Language qualification certificates. Applicants who are native English speakers, come from countries where English is an official language, or have obtained a degree with English as the medium of instruction may be exempted from providing English proficiency proof upon the university's review.Applicants for other language-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates according to the universities’ requirements, like IELTS or TOFEL report;

6 来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000 字以上），学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。

A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words;

7 推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

Recommendation letters. Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth;

8《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。

A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.

9 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。

Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

10 无吸毒、无涉毒承诺书;

no drug use or drug-related commitment letter.

11 经济担保函;

Statement of Financial Support (Bank statement to prove that the Applicants has sufficient fund to afford his or her tuition, accommodation and living expenses in China).

12 曾在中国学习的学生需提交原学校的学习表现证明，注明在校出勤率、有无违纪违规行为等信息。

Students who have previously studied in China must submit a study performance certificate from their previous institution, indicating attendance rates and any record of disciplinary violations.

注意Reminder：

1 通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。

Uploaded supporting documents must be clear, authentic and valid. Applicants are recommended to use a professional device to scan the relevant documents. Applicants shall bear the consequences caused by unclear or

unidentifiable uploaded materials.

2 申请阶段提供上述文件的扫描件，入学注册时需提交原件或公证件进行核验。

During the application phase, scanned copies of the aforementioned documents should be provided, and the original documents or notarized copies must be submitted for verification upon enrollment registration.

六、申请步骤Application process

1 申请人进入“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”注册账号并完成申请。

“留学中国”网站链接： http://www.campuschina.org;

留学项目种类选择“B类”，浙江科技大学机构编号为 11057；

Visit "CSC Scholarship Application for Students" website （http://www.campuschina.org ） and complete the application.

Select Program Category "Type B". The Agency Number of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology is 11057.

2 申请人进入浙江科技大学国际学生申请系统(https://isam.zust.edu.cn/)并提交申请；

注：申请人可先联系导师，获得导师接收意向函后，请上传至浙江科技大学申请系统。导师接收意向函不是大学最终录取凭证，仅为申请辅助材料。

Visit the Zhejiang University of Science and Technology International Student Application System at (https://isam.zust.edu.cn/) and submit the application.

Reminder: The applicant may first contact the supervisor. After obtaining the letter of acceptance from the supervisor, please upload it to the Zhejiang University of Science and Technology application system. The supervisor's letter of acceptance cannot serve as the final admission certificate but can be used as supplementary application material.

3 学校将综合考虑申请者专业背景、学业成绩、语言能力、学术成果和导师意见，并根据各专业学院要求安排相应的考试或考核。

ZUST will comprehensively consider the applicant's academic background, academic performance, language proficiency, academic achievements, and supervisor's opinion. Additionally, corresponding exams or assessments might be arranged based on the requirements of major school.

4 学校会向通过考核的申请人发放预录取通知书并择优推荐至国家留学基金管理委员会，国家留学基金管理委员会对申请人进行奖学金最终评审。

ZUST will issue a pre-admission letter to applicants who have successfully passed the assessment and will prioritize recommending them to the China Scholarship Council. The China Scholarship Council will conduct the final scholarship review for the applicants.

注意Reminder：

（1）申请人获得预录取通知书后，请将预录取通知书电子版上传到“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”(http://www.campuschina.org)中。

Please upload the electronic version of the pre-admission letter to the 'Chinese Government Scholarship Information System for International Students' at (http://www.campuschina.org).

（2）申请人请填写准确的邮箱地址，并及时关注邮件，以免错过相关信息通知。
