1. Global Supply Chain Sustainability and International Business Strategy
Focuses on green transformation along the Belt and Road corridors (e.g., Eurasian Land Bridge, Western Land-Sea Corridor) and China’s NEV industry going global. Examines how multinational enterprises respond to international environmental regulations (e.g., CBAM), implement cross-border circular economy practices, and build sustainable global competitive advantages.
2. Global Supply Chain Risk Management and International Emergency Cooperation
Investigates disruption risks of cross-border logistics networks under major shocks (natural disasters, public health crises). Explores emergency stockpiling and rapid deployment strategies for multinational firms, as well as collaborative rescue mechanisms among international organizations and transit countries, to ensure continuity of international business operations and overseas market stability.
3. Digital Empowerment and International Business Model Innovation
Applies big data, AI, and blockchain to dynamically measure vulnerability and simulate resilience enhancement of cross-border logistics. Studies how digital platforms can break information barriers and optimize global inventory and routing decisions, driving intelligent management and new business models in multinational corporations’ global operations.
