个人简介：1977年6月，女，毕业于新加坡国立大学，博士，教授，硕士生导师。浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、“钱江人才计划”D类、“三育人”先进个人，人工智能国际化专业负责人。
主讲课程：《通信原理（全英文）》、《感知中国》
主要科研：主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动项目1项、浙江省教育厅科研项目1项。发表学术论文30多篇，其中SCI期刊论文10余篇，如IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、Journal of Lightwave Technology、Optics Express、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters、IEEE Communications Letters等。2011年获IEEE通信学会会议IEEEICC最佳论文奖。担任十余届通信国际会议如ICC、Globecom、VTC的技术程序委员会委员、通信会议WCNC、WCSP的会场分组主席以及国际期刊和会议的审稿员。指导本科生（参与）发表论文7篇，其中本科生第一作者SCI收录期刊论文1篇。
